Which month to start exercise during pregnancy for normal delivery
While prepping for the nursery, you may be wondering what you can do to take care of yourself during this time.
According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day or 150 minutes of exercise a week during pregnancy is recommended.
But what does this mean?

**Important Note: Before beginning any exercise while pregnant, there are a few things to keep in mind.
