How to change app lock password
If you have forgotten the password you have set for App lock, perform the following steps:
1 If you have set Fingerprint ID to access the locked app
you still need to enter the App lock password to change or reset the password.
Since you have forgotten your password, the only solution is to unlock the app by accessing App lock using your Fingerprint ID and toggling off the switch for the app concerned.
2 Reset the password by touching Forgot password
Touch Forgot password on the password input screen, then enter the answer to the security question and reset the password.
3 If no Forgot password option is available
When you enable App lock for the first time, you will be prompted to choose between Custom PIN and Lock screen password.
If you choose Lock screen password, Forgot password is not available.
